We know a friend who keeps excess pounds off by simpling stepping on a scale every morning and writing his weight on a calendar that he has hanging in the bathroom above the scale. It has become a routine, and it has become a powerful motivation to keep his weight in check because everytime he jots down his weight, he sees his progress on the calendar. If hes gaining weight, hes able to notice it quickly on the calendar, and that motivates him to eat less and exercise more over the next few days. If hes in his comfortable weight range, he can easily tell every morning as he jots his weight and glances at the calendar.

iWeight Deluxe app good for

Ive been waiting for a daily weight tracker. Im so thrilled ! I love the water & workout icons as well as the colored dots for being ahead or falling behind goal. *Only suggestion which might b cool is to add a section that could track body measurements. I use to keep track of weight daily & would get disappointed if i didnt see a change after a few days of working my butt off.. Until i checked & would b completely relieved that inches came off..fingers crossed for future update! Until then, Im still LOVING this app !!!!!!!!!!
I did not want the hassle of keeping up with or entering into an app my daily diet in order to get my calorie intake. My diet is simple. Weigh every morning, drink water almost all the time and eat less. This app is great if you simply want to keep track of your weight. I set sort term goals trying to loose a measly 2 pounds a month. The app tells me how long till the goal deadline (end of month for me), how much Ive lost and even a calendar showing my daily history.
I really like this app. Just what I was needing. I want to also track my calories but cant enter #s in the note section or use my emoticons.
I used this app every day during my losing weight after Bariatric surgery. I lost 122 lbs. Please, please make this app work with the iPad. I have one now and would like to keep using it. I have been putting up with the small screen on my iPad but would like it larger. I would gladly pay again for it, I like it that much. Please dont disappointment me. Great Job!
This is exactly what I needed. Much better than keeping track on paper... Well worth the dollar. Also, it is possible to edit entries after youve made them. Tap the scale on the main screen of the app after making your original entry on the calendar, and you can edit as much as you want. Cheers!

Some bad moments

Really liked until upgrade. Now you cant add numbers in the notes section.
Nice app, but for the life of me I cant delete entries on the calendar after I enter them. No way to untick the exercise and water icons once selected. I just want to clear the entire data for any single day. Seems like a glitch.
